Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
* Provide information about services, doctors, and clinic policies
* Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
* Maintain accurate records of calls and patient data
* Follow up with patients when needed
* Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and confidentiality
Requirements:
* Previous experience in call center or customer service (preferably in healthcare)
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
* Good computer skills and ability to use booking systems
* Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility and teamwork spirit
